Staff/Principal Backend Engineer

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Collaborate with product and other engineering teams.

What you'll bring

8+ years of backend engineering experience.
Deep expertise in one or more backend languages (e.g., Go, Java, Python).
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of database design and performance.
